Welcome to episode two of BeerGenius in the Kitchen. Rather than thrashing around like I usually do (see my Cheddar Ale Soup), I’ve asked the BeerGenius resident chef, Mr. Jeffrey Ward, to do some cooking for us.
What’s the point? To encourage people to think of beer as being paired with food, and to pair in such a way as to compliment the flavors of each. We’ve taken the liberty of exercising these two tenants – let’s get on with it.
I’ve broken the video down into two parts.
And now – Part two! Includes chow time.
Anxious to hear your feedback. We certainly had a good time!
Cheers.

I enjoyed the first part of the Cooking presentation by Chef Jeffrey Ward. I was happy to get the tips on the tenderloin and will definitely incorporate them the next time I make one. The apple chutney is a nice addition to the meat too. Looking forwar dto the rest o fthis video and the completed dish.
Looks absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try it! Looking forward to more Beer Genius Cooking Episodes.

The meal looked great. Well done and thanks for removing the background music. Might be ok to start and end with it, but glad you got rid of it during the review. Great job Jeffrey!
